Light Your Night, LLC provides structured training to ensure franchisees are fully equipped to operate their business. The franchisor outlines the following training components:

  1. Mandatory One-Week On-Site Training: This core program takes place in Chester County, Pennsylvania, immediately before the franchise opening. It includes extensive instruction in operations, product knowledge, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, advertising, and more.
  2. Supplemental Attendee Access: Up to three additional persons can attend the initial training at no additional tuition cost, provided space is available. Additional attendees beyond this allowance incur a fee of $500 each.
  3. Training Materials Provided: All required training materials are supplied by the franchisor at no extra cost. Franchisees are responsible for covering personal travel, lodging, meals, and any salary expenses for employees attending.

Territory Protection

Light Your Night, LLC grants each franchisee a Protected Territory that is explicitly defined in the Franchise Agreement. The boundaries of this territory are outlined in a separate letter once a specific location is secured. Within this defined area, the franchisor agrees not to open, operate, or license any other Light Your Night franchise for the duration of the franchise agreement.

This territory protection ensures that franchisees have exclusive access to their designated region without internal brand competition. The franchisor cannot change or reduce this Protected Territory unless the franchisee provides written consent.
