  3. Field Training: The franchisor provides 3 to 5 days of field training at the franchisee’s location before opening the business. This on-site training covers practical aspects of running the franchise.
  4. Post-Opening Training and Support: After opening, the franchisor may conduct 3 to 5 more days of operational training in the franchisee’s territory. Telephone support is also provided during business hours for operational inquiries.
  5. Annual Conferences: Attendance at annual conferences is mandatory for franchisees or their Designated Business Managers. These events cover updates in operations, services, and standards.

Territory Protection

We Sell Restaurants grants franchisees an exclusive territory with at least 500 restaurants, defined by geographic or political boundaries. Franchisees must limit all marketing and operations to this territory, though they may serve unsolicited clients from outside it.

Territory rights remain fixed but depend on meeting minimum annual quotas. Failure to meet these can lead to reduction or loss of the territory. While no other franchisees are licensed within the territory, the franchisor may still operate or provide certain services there.
