1. Initial Training Program: The franchisee or Designated Business Manager must attend and complete a five-day in-person training session at the Franchisor's headquarters in Palm Coast, Florida. This includes approximately ten additional days of online training and requires successful completion of pre-training computer-based assignments.
2. Operations Manual: Before the initial training, the franchisor loans one copy of its confidential Operations Manual to the franchisee. This manual includes essential standards, operating procedures, and mandatory rules required for running the business.
3. Field Training: The franchisor provides 3 to 5 days of field training at the franchisee’s location before opening the business. This on-site training covers practical aspects of running the franchise.

Territory Protection
