Drybar is a pioneering franchise that has transformed the beauty industry with its focus on professional blowouts, offering a distinctive and enjoyable experience for its clients.

Launched in 2010 by Alli Webb in Brentwood, California, Drybar has swiftly established itself as a leading name in the haircare industry. The franchise began offering franchising opportunities in 2012, enabling entrepreneurs to join its journey of growth and success.

Training

Drybar offers an extensive training program for its franchisees, covering all essential aspects for successfully running a franchise:

Initial Training Program
Franchisees, their Operating Partner, and Designated Manager must attend and complete the initial training program before opening their shop. This program, typically scheduled alongside the Shop Educator Program, starts about ten weeks before the shop's opening.

Site Selection Assistance
The franchisor provides guidelines and counseling to assist franchisees in choosing an ideal location for their shop.

Additional Training and Seminars
Drybar may offer extra training programs, seminars, conferences, and events, which might require additional fees from the franchisees.

Manager Training Program
A manager training program is available for franchisees, with a current fee of $500 per day per attendee, plus additional costs.

Territory Protection

The Drybar franchise provides territory protection to its franchisees within a designated "Protected Area," generally defined as a 1.5-mile radius around the franchised business.

Within this zone, the franchisor commits not to establish or operate other Drybar locations, as long as the franchisee complies with the franchise agreement. However, this protection is limited to the specified Protected Area and does not confer exclusivity beyond it.

Franchisees have the right to choose their shop location within a designated non-exclusive "Search Territory." This right is solely for identifying a potential shop site and does not grant exclusive territorial rights beyond this purpose.
