Wingate by Wyndham offers comprehensive training programs for franchisees to support the successful operation of their lodging facilities. The training programs include structured sessions for management as well as operational support tailored to opening and managing a hotel property.
Hospitality Management Program: The general manager is required to attend this core training session. The cost includes tuition, and potentially travel expenses, with options for additional representatives to attend. This program ensures that management personnel are fully equipped to operate in accordance with brand standards.
Opening Training: This includes up to three days of training conducted at the facility before opening. It is designed to ensure the staff is adequately prepared for guest services, operational systems, and brand requirements. Facilitator travel and expenses are also factored into the investment.
Continuing Education: A Continuing Education Fee covers future training to keep staff updated on brand changes, new systems, and quality standards. These sessions are crucial for ongoing compliance and service excellence in the hospitality industry.
Territory Protection
