The cost includes tuition, and potentially travel expenses, with options for additional representatives to attend. 2. Opening Training: This includes up to three days of training conducted at the facility before opening. It is designed to ensure the staff is adequately prepared for guest services, operational systems, and brand requirements. Facilitator travel and expenses are also factored into the investment.
3. Continuing Education: A Continuing Education Fee covers future training to keep staff updated on brand changes, new systems, and quality standards. These sessions are crucial for ongoing compliance and service excellence in the hospitality industry.

Territory Protection

Wingate by Wyndham does not offer its franchisees exclusive territory protection. The franchise agreement explicitly states that franchisees will not receive an exclusive territory and that the franchisor retains the right to operate or franchise other hotels under the Wingate by Wyndham name and system, including in proximity to the franchisee's location.

This includes the right to offer other lodging products or services through different means such as websites or mobile platforms. Additionally, Wingate by Wyndham discloses that it may approve new facilities that may compete directly with existing ones without limitation on distance or market saturation.
