Training
SkyRun offers a structured training system to prepare franchisees and their teams for successful operations. Here is a breakdown of the training programs provided by the franchisor:
- Initial Training Program: SkyRun provides an initial training program designed to cover key aspects of operating the business. This program is mandatory and must be completed before the business begins operation. The training can be held at SkyRun's facilities, the franchisee’s location, or virtually, and franchisees are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.
- Manager Training Requirement: Any new manager hired by the franchisee is required to attend and successfully complete the initial training program within 30 days of starting employment or taking on management duties. This ensures that new leadership is fully prepared to maintain operational standards.
- Ongoing and Optional Training: SkyRun may periodically offer additional mandatory or optional training sessions. If provided, the franchisee or an approved staff member must attend these trainings, which are aimed at keeping franchisees updated on the latest operational procedures and best practices.
Territory Protection
SkyRun provides franchisees with a Designated Territory in which they are authorized to operate their business. However, this territory is not exclusive, and franchisees may face competition from other SkyRun franchisees, company-owned outlets, or other distribution channels controlled by the franchisor.
The Designated Territory typically includes an area with a set number of short-term rental properties based on available data at the time of signing. Although SkyRun restricts franchisees to servicing properties within their Designated Territory, it retains broad rights.
The franchisor may operate or allow others to operate similar businesses under the SkyRun brand or different brands, including within a franchisee’s territory, as long as they do not manage or rent properties located inside that specific territory.
