Training

The Good Feet franchise provides comprehensive training for its franchisees. This includes a structured Initial Brand Standard Training Program that spans seven days, with five days of classroom instruction and two days of hands-on training in an operational Good Feet Store.

This training is tailored to cover brand standards and is conducted under the guidance of experienced personnel with extensive involvement in the franchise system.

Additionally, ongoing training and support may include seminars and additional programs, as necessary, to address updates in operations or to enhance the franchisee's understanding of the Good Feet system.

Franchisees are also responsible for training their employees according to these brand standards. Training locations are primarily at Good Feet's principal offices or other designated venues, ensuring franchisees are well-prepared to manage their stores effectively.

Territory Protection

The Good Feet franchise offers limited territory protection to its franchisees. During the term of the franchise agreement, the franchisor agrees not to establish or authorize another Good Feet Store within the franchisee's defined exclusive territory, as long as the franchisee complies with the agreement's terms.

However, this exclusivity applies only to the establishment of physical stores within the designated territory and does not prevent the franchisor or affiliates from conducting other types of business outside of this defined scope.

Despite this protection, the Good Feet franchise reserves the right to operate or license businesses outside the exclusive territory under the Good Feet brand or other trademarks.
